I'm a huge tea lover but have never experimented with sage. Sounds very interesting...
That is a bumper crop! I'm familiar with it as incense, but can't say I've tried an 'infusion' with it.
I love the colors and imagine the fragrance is wonderful.
I'll have to try some. I've had salvia clevelandii before.
I had a tea that was a blend of white sage and something that was labeled "wild mint" (maybe a monarda species?). With just a drip of honey it was amazingly good.
